Hello all,
It is a lovely spring night in Richmond. We actually have all the windows open it is so warm. Emma June is asleep
in bed like a sweet little girl and all is well. She is nine months old and had a check up yesterday. She weighs 18
pounds and 10 ounces. She is so much fun. She conquered crawling a week ago and seems as if walking is right around the
corner. She is a very happy girl and smiles and laughs most of the time.
We have been in our new house for almost three months now and we are loving it. Still there is so much to do,
but with warmer weather on the way we should have some productive weekends.
Patrick and I are both doing well. His job is going well and I am waiting tables three nights a week. It is hard to be
away from my girl but it is good for me to get out of the house. I am going back for my masters in the fall. There sure
are a lot of beautiful babies around as well as some pretty awesome big kids. I hope we get to see and visit with everyone
soon.
Love always,
The Kennedys
Hello everyone.
Babies Babies Babies. Congrats to all the other new parents. I hope some one out there is getting
some sleep. Emma June gets up at about 6:00 or 6:30 these days I get to see her for a bit before I go it work. A nice little
bonus. She is lots of fun. Full of smiles and giggles and Ba ba ba and Ma ma ma. She has started sitting in a high chair and
eating dinner with us. She's been rolling over and seems to be on the verge of crawling.
We are moved into our new
house. A 1930's bungalow. The gentleman who lived here before us was 97 and hadn't done much to the place in years. And what
he had done he hadn't done well. My mom can attest to that she and pops came down for the weekend of the move and she spent
some serious time scrubbing the kitchen. Thanks MOM! It's another fixer upper for sure but this time it at least
has a Kitchen and bathroom that work. It also has a garage and almost an acre. Plenty of space for the dog and the little
sweet pea when she ready to start running around a little. It's quiet here. I've pretty much lived the city for almost
15 years. It's different. Good schools and that sort of thing too.
Jessi finished School in December with a bachelors
in religious studies. The long term goal at this point is to teach elementary school. For now she going to look for a waitress
gig so she can be with Emma June during the day. Until she's a little older.
I'm plugging away at the same company
I've been with for two years. We do additions and renovations. Not much has changed their. I'd like to run my own company
eventually but right now I like my 4 10 hour days a week and the security of working for someone else. Plenty of time to work
on this place and be with Jessi and the little sweet pea.
I guess thats about it. I hope everyone is doing well.
Bye,
Patrick
