NEWS WITH A CLICK

Hi!

I guess it has been way too long since I sent an update to the family
web page. I hope this finds you all doing well. We all had a great
vacation in Myrtle Beach. All the babies are doing well.getting bigger by
the minute!! It was a busy week with three babies but we did spend a lot of
time on the beach and in the pool.

Weston ended up with two earaches from his airplane flight. The doctor
said that happens sometimes with babies when they fly due to the dry air in
planes. Hopefully he is on the mend after taking his amoxicillin. Katie
and Grace had a bad flight home. Grace woke up in the middle of the night
on Friday with a stomach virus which continued all day Sat. during their
flight home. Needless to say it was a tough day. Grace is fine now..I hope
she remembers the fun she had on vacation!! She is getting to be quite the
                           little swimmer.

We will remember this as the Itsy Bitsy Spider vacation. Jake and
Lucas love the song..if they are fussy you just sing the song, they stop and
all four eyes just stare at you. It is the funniest thing!! All three boys
                           are very cute!!

We enjoyed having Tom and Mary Ann with us for a few days. They had a
room in the building next door( a wise decision on their part). They could
get away if they needed to!! The guys played golf and the girls went to the
                           beach.

The fireworks on the fourth were spectacular...right outside our patio
on the 18th floor!! It was something else and Grace just loved it.

We arrived home on Sat. to catch up on laundry and yardwork.

It won't be long until Ryan and Beth's wedding...Sept. 17th. The
rehearsal dinner will be at 7:00 the night before. We look forward to
seeing everybody there. Invitations should be going out soon.

Today is Ryan's 31st birthday...we must be getting old!!

Guess I have rambled long enough. Take care ..Love, Mame

Hi All!

Good news…..Meghan and Scot found their dog Kallie today.  She had been missing for eight days.  She was found about a quarter of a mile away from home chasing a John Deere tractor in a field.  Some lady called Meghan and she was still there when she got there and came right to Meghan.  Needless to say they are thrilled to have her back.  Meghan said she stinks really bad.  We should write a book….Travels With Kallie.  It would have a happy ending!!

Love, Mame

Hi All!
Happy New Year!  Just wanted to let you know that I am at Katie's.  I came here on New Year's Eve from Meghan and Scot's.  Katie has been having  pains for a couple of weeks now so it seems like baby Pentecost may be showing his face soon!!  Ryan and Beth picked me up  at the Louisville airport and came and spent the night here with us.  It is fun to see all the kids during the holidays!!  I do feel bad about Dave being home alone so long but he wants me to be here.

It was very busy with the twins and I cried like a baby when it was time to leave.  They are so cute and cuddly!  Meghan is a very efficient Mom and Scot is funny with the boys.  He is good at mimicing all the faces they make...it is definitely a  busy house!!

I hope Katie goes soon as she is very uncomfortable.  We went to church today and had to leave early because she wasn't feeling well.
Grampa is starting to do better after having three valves replaced and his aorta mended.  He is having a pacemaker installed tomorrow and should be heading home later in the day.  The valves that were replaced were not synchronized right therefore he needed the pacemaker.  Dave said it was hard to see him after the surgery...Grampa has always been such a lively person.  He passed out once when they got him up and that was bad but at least now he seems to be doing better.  His sugar was also elevated after the surgery and they put him on insulin but they feel that that is just a temporary thing.
It is fun to get to spend some time with Grace.  She is a sweet little girl and wants Nanny to do everything for her at the moment!!  I took her to her friend's birthday party today at a gymnastics place and she is quite a daredevil!!

Needless to say, life has been busy and a little stressful but everyone seems to be doing well.  Katie only has a cell phone with limited minutes before 9pm but you all can call here if you want.  Her number is 859-509-8370.  She doesn't get charged for incoming calls.  I'll keep you posted as to when the baby comes.....Love, Mame
